Additional complexity needs to add significant value.
The most daunting problems can be broken down into smaller, manageable parts.
Projects should rarely follow the waterfall approach, as it lacks ongoing feedback.
A manager is not a leader if they make important decisions without team input.
The best teams are motivated and unified in pursuit of clear objectives.
Regularly delivering work that aligns with team objectives is essential for team success.
Conversely, a distracted or misaligned team will always fall short of expectations.
The true currency of life is time, not money.
